As long as they aren’t deleted.> I have the rights to use my designs as examples.Trades/Resells:> Do not resell a design for a higher value unless the character has commissioned art that can raise the price.
Price can be raised with personal art if you have proof of selling commissions (paypal receipts, PUBLIC commission pricings, etc), doodles and joke art do not count.> Vouchers are treated the same way as normal resells.> A design by Noris obtained with non-monetary items can not be resold with monetary value (unless added art is applied). They can be traded or gifted though.> The character has to have at least a week (7 days) of ownership before being transferred to someone else.> Trade/resell use of CS designs depends on the group’s rules.Redesigning:> Permission to redesign is not required but keep ~60% of the original design or at least still recognizable to their original design.> If a design has design traits of LGBT+ features (top surgery scars for example), it is preferred to not remove it, albeit not required.> Specie swapping is allowed. (ex. humanoid to anthro)> One-off designs can be turned into closed species, but it must follow the species' terms of service.> If you do redesign the character for a CS, the original design still has to be present. (you can make the CS version a separate tab)> If you plan to redesign/void a CS design by me you are allowed to do so without permission.> If the design is already part of a CS group, most of their redesign/voiding rules must follow the group’s rules.Writing/Uses:> Designs by Norisowl are mostly for personal use but you can ask for commercial uses with no fees. Though I still require that you credit me!
What counts as commercial use?> The character can go by any pronouns, gender, sexuality, etc.> Any lore can be added to the character but remember to be mindful of sensitive topics.> Do not use the character for anything bigoted or harmful.> Designs from Norisowl can not be used for cryptocurrency or AI generation.> Uses of CS designs must follow the group’s rules.Mature Content:
Side Note: This is only here just in case people ask me about these topics.> Vent and gore art is allowed to be drawn with my designs.> DO NOT make 18+ content if you are a minor!> 18+ and fetish art is allowed as long as it is not public for minors to see and if the character is 18+.> 18+ art of feral designs is NOT allowed no matter what circumstances.> Designs that contains 18+ content CAN NOT be traded to minors!

> Physical items that you plan to sell to customers (keychains, figures, stickers, etc).> Media that you plan to make profit from (comics, games, etc).> Original species that you plan to make profit from.> In the cases of costumes that you made, if you plan to sell the clothes to someone else, the design will also have to be transferred to the new owner unless co-ownership is applied.> Anything that is not mentioned can be asked about.NOT Commercial Use> Physical items that you are keeping for yourself.> Costumes that you are keeping for yourself.> Animations <— this counts as added art value.
