* Almost any art/writing is allowed. Just be mindful of sensitive topics and use common sense.* I have the rights to remove my credit and dissociate myself from a design for any reasons.* For closed species designs, group rules still apply.* If for some reason you have a design of mine that you no longer want. I prefer that you trade them normally or gift them to someone you trust.
^ I don’t really have interest in receiving my own designs, especially older ones.

–Adopt Rules➞

* I will only do holds for 1 week. (7 days)* Payment plans are always allowed to be discussed anytime and for any amount even to or above $50.* Refunds are NOT available after purchase.* If offering art, PLEASE keep me updated on progress. At least within 1-2 months. This can be by updating your queues or by messaging me directly.
Not complying will result in the character going back for offers without any warning.* Suspicious charge-backs will result in a block.

–You May➞

* Redesign the character, I recommend keeping the design at least similar to the initial design.
^ For designs with gender affirming surgeries, it is preferred if these features were kept.
^ For non-white designs, just keep the skin tone identical to the initial color and try to preserve any specific features like hair texture.* Edit my art as long as it’s still recognizable. Permission is not required but appreciated.* Void/redesign closed species designs as long as it abides by their rules.
^ If a CS group requires permission to void/redesign I recommend that you ask. Usually I’ll allow it regardless.* Trade/gift my designs freely.* Co-own with another person. However, I cannot help you with any conflicts that may occur.* Put the character on private or auth-only.* Upload the character to other character storage sites such as Keepsake. Just remember to credit me. (my Keepsake is NorisOwl)* Use for commercial use with permission. Just don’t use my own artwork, use your own art or art you have permission for.* Create any R-18 content with my designs. As long as it’s properly tagged, your an adult, if said design is 18+.

–You May Not➞

* Remove my credit as the creator or designer on your own.
^ The only exception is when the credits are unusual such as voided CS designs being credited to the ML still.* Sell the character for more than that it’s worth in both initial value and commission/personal art.
^ I don’t monitor personal art value but generally keep it whatever seems realistic or price it the same as your public comm listings if you have one.* Duplicate profiles if co-owning.* Use my art for generative AI or cryptocurrency.* Use my designs for reprehensible content such as pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, etc.

–I will not➞

* Revoke designs. I have no reason to take back a character especially if I don’t have plans for them.* Monitor my past designs. If I can’t see them in the first 2-3 design tabs then they don’t exist to me.* Ask for auth or keys if you hide my designs. You are still allowed to give me a key if you prefer though.* Make a public blacklist. I honestly don’t care if people get my designs second hand.
