–General➞

* Breaking these rules can get you blacklisted!
(list not public for safety reasons)* All designs by Norisowl must stay on Toyhouse.* DO NOT remove my credit as the creator/designer!* Co-ownership and trade-backs are allowed but I cannot help you with any conflicts that may occur.* Duplicating characters' profiles is not allowed with co-ownership.* I do not mind if you make the character auth only or private. As long as they aren’t deleted.

–Trades / Resells➞

* Designs are allowed to be freely traded or gifted.* Designs can only be sold for what was purchased for or if added art is applied.
Recommend listing the prices for commissioned art, not required though.
For personal art, public commission prices are good enough.* Vouchers are treated the same way as normal resells.* Designs that were not purchased with real-world money cannot be sold for real-world money.* The character has to have at least a week (7 days) of ownership before being transferred to someone else.* Trade/resell use of CS designs depends on the group’s rules.

–Redesigning➞

* Permission to redesign is not required but keep ~60% of the original design or at least still recognizable to their original design.* Editing my art is fine without permission as long as it's still recognizable.* If a design has LGBTQ+ features (top surgery scars for example), it is preferred to keep them.* One-off designs can be turned into closed species, but it must follow the species' terms of service.* If you do redesign the character for a CS, the original design still has to be present. (you can make the CS version a separate tab)* If you plan to void a CS design by me, feel free to do so with or without permission.* If the design is already part of a CS group, most of their redesign/voiding rules must follow the group’s rules.

–Writing Uses➞

* Designs by Norisowl are mostly for personal use but you can ask for commercial uses with no fees. Though I still prefer that you credit me. (check "Commercial Use" section)* Any writing can be added to the character but please remember to be respectful towards sensitive topics.* Do not use the character for anything bigoted or harmful.
This includes but not limited to demonization of neurodiversity, Anti-LGBTQ+ material, racism and xenophobia, etc.* Designs from Norisowl cannot be used for cryptocurrency or AI generation.* Uses of CS designs must follow the group’s rules.

–Commercial Use➞

* Physical items that you plan to sell to customers (keychains, figures, stickers, etc).* Media that you plan to make profit from (comics, games, etc).* Original species that you plan to make profit from.* In the cases of costumes that you made, if you plan to sell the clothes to someone else, the design will also have to be transferred to the new owner unless co-ownership is applied and if the other person allows it.NOT COMMERICAL USE:* Physical items that you are keeping for yourself.* Costumes that you are keeping for yourself.* Personal animations such as animation memes or animatics.Anything that is not mentioned can be asked about.

–Mature Content➞

SIDE NOTE: This is only here just in case people ask me about these topics.* Vent and gore art is allowed to be drawn with my designs.* DO NOT make 18+ content if you are a minor!* 18+ and kink/fetish art is allowed as long as it is not public for minors to see and if the character is 18+.* 18+ art of feral designs is NOT allowed no matter what circumstances.* Designs that contains 18+ content CANNOT be traded to minors!
(I heavily suggest removing all 18+ content before trading)* Designs by Norisowl CANNOT be used for illegal kinks/fetishes such as pedophilia, zoophilia, incest and similar topics.* Use of mature content in CS designs depends on group’s rules.

–Blacklist➞
